Instructions
- Pour rosé wine into ice cube trays and freeze for at least 6 hours, ideally overnight.
- Cube the watermelon and freeze on a parchment-lined sheet pan for about 4 hours.
- Combine sugar and water in a saucepan, heat until sugar dissolves, then cool.
- Blend frozen watermelon and wine cubes until smooth, adding simple syrup to taste.
- Serve in chilled glasses, garnished with watermelon or mint.
