  • 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon charcoal powder
  • 3 tablespoons orange sprinkles (optional)
  • 3 tablespoons black sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  • Cream vegan butter and sugar together until fluffy.
  • Add flax egg, vanilla, and pumpkin puree; mix to combine.
  • Gradually mix in flour and salt, then divide dough.
  • Color one part with charcoal powder.
  • Roll out pumpkin dough and charcoal dough into rectangles.
  • Layer charcoal on pumpkin dough, roll into a log.
  • Press sprinkles onto the log, then freeze for 15-20 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F, slice dough into 10-12 pieces.
  • Bake for 14-16 minutes until edges are golden.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes before transferring.
