Ingredients

  • 2 lb frozen broccoli
  • 1 large zucchini, chopped
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon butter

  • 14 oz can chicken or vegetable broth

Instructions

  • Press the SAUTE button on the Ninja Foodi and melt butter with chopped onions until fragrant.
  • Add broccoli, zucchini, potatoes, broth, and salt. Lock the lid and set to pressure cook for 5 minutes.
  • Perform quick release. Blend the mixture with an immersion blender to your desired consistency.
  • Stir in heavy cream and shredded cheese until melted. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
