Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9-inch springform pan.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Combine lemon zest and sugar, rubbing zest into sugar.
- Mix in lemon juice, vanilla extract, and melted butter, then add eggs and milk.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture until smooth.
- Spread batter in pan, dollop lemon curd on top, and swirl.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes until golden and firm.
- Cool for 30-45 minutes, dust with powdered sugar, and serve warm.
