Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a medium pot over medium heat.
- Sauté chopped onions for about 5 minutes until softened, then add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add ground wild boar to the pot and brown for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in chili powder, salt, and oregano, followed by diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and beans.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
