- ½ cup light brown sugar (for filling)
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (for filling)
Instructions
- Whisk together dry ingredients in a bowl.
- In another bowl, beat butter and sugars until fluffy.
- Add eggs, vanilla, and flavoring to the creamed mixture.
- Combine dry and wet ingredients alternately with yogurt and milk.
- Cover and let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
- Mix filling ingredients and transfer to a piping bag.
- Fill muffin tins and swirl in the cinnamon filling.
- Bake at 425°F for 8 minutes, then at 350°F for 13-16 minutes.
- Cool and poke holes in muffins to add more filling.
