- ⅔ cup (55 grams) dark (Dutch processed) cocoa powder
- ½ cup (90 grams) mini chocolate chips
- ½ cup (100 grams) regular M&Ms
Instructions
- Melt the butter and let it cool; whisk in sugars.
- Add egg and vanilla, whisk until smooth.
- Mix in baking ingredients and stir until blended.
- Fold in flour and cocoa until streaks remain.
- Incorporate mini chocolate chips and M&Ms.
- Chill dough tightly covered for 2 to 24 hours.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C); prepare baking sheet.
- Scoop dough onto sheet, spacing 2-3 inches apart.
- Bake for 11-13 minutes, cool on pan for 5 minutes.
- Transfer to cooling rack for 15 minutes, then enjoy.
