- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Clean and chop the raw conch into small pieces.
- Dice the tomato, chop the bell pepper, onion, and habanero pepper.
- Combine all the chopped ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Sprinkle salt over the mixture and mix thoroughly.
- Squeeze lime and orange juice over the salad; toss gently to combine.
- Serve chilled, with chips or on its own.
